Covered Bridge Festival
The Parke County Covered Bridge Festival is a annual 10 day event which begins the second Friday of October. This county-wide event attracts an estimated 2 million visitors and celebrates the 31 Covered Bridges located in Parke County, Indiana -- "The Covered Bridge Capital of the World". 2023 marks the 67th year of the festival.
Bridgeton is an increasingly popular venue for festival visitors, with over 500 vendors providing a vast array of products to choose from. The village is known for high quality crafts, antiques and some excellent food.
